At Perma Child Safety, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit your style or needs, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
